Where does the gift ship?
To whatever address you enter as the shipping address at checkout, so put your recipient's name and address there. Shipping is free and we mail to US addresses only.
Will it renew or charge me again?
Yes. When the gift term ends, it renews for the same length at the same price and the renewal is charged to you. Cancel anytime before the renewal date if you only want to give one term.
Do the movies come in the mail?
No. The letter is the guide: reviews, rating cards, recipes and extras. They watch the films wherever they stream, rent or borrow them.
How do I cancel the renewal?
Use the link in your subscription email, or contact us, and the gift will end after the current term.
