What's in each letter?
A personal letter from your host, 6 or more reviews of movies or series curated around the monthly theme, custom-designed fan club collectibles, movie snack or drink recipes, a cinema-themed art print or postcard, your own rating cards, next month's movies on Jennifer's Watch List, plus exclusive film-inspired custom freebies.
Do the movies come in the mail?
No. Your letter is the guide: reviews, rating cards, recipes and extras. You watch the films wherever you stream, rent or borrow them.
When does my letter ship?
Your first letter goes out after you join. After that, you're billed on the same date each month and a new letter follows.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every letter. We currently mail to US addresses only.
How do prepaid plans work?
You pay for 3, 6 or 12 months up front at 5%, 10% or 15% off, and a letter ships every month. When the term ends it renews for the same length at the same price. Cancel before then if you'd rather stop.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Monthly plans cancel anytime before your next billing date. Use the link in your subscription email, or contact us and we'll take care of it.
How do gift memberships work?
Pick 3, 6 or 12 months and enter your recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. You pay once, they get a letter every month, and it ends after the last one. Add a note on the gift page to go with it.
Can I buy just one letter?
Yes. Once a month is over, its letter goes up on our Past Letters page as a one-time purchase. New letters come with a membership, and monthly plans cancel anytime.
